At the discretion of some of our doctors, you may be asked to pay a specified fee for any sick notes or other paperwork that needs to be completed.  This fee is set by each physician, and the staff at the front desk can advise you of any costs that may be incurred. Your privacy is paramount to us. Therefore, we are unable to give your test results over the phone. If you have any pending results, the staff will be asked to call you at the discretion of your treating physician. Usually, you will not get a call back if your results come back "normal".  In this instance, please plan to visit your doctor - when they are working next - so as to get a copy of your results.

Given that this is a medical centre - and that many patients who visit here have allergies to scents (amongst other allergies) - please refrain from wearing excessive amounts of perfume/cologne. We appreciate your understanding.

Our centre seeks to accommodate patients who are sicker, older or younger. In that event, these patients may be seen before you, even though you may have signed in to see a doctor before they did. We would truly appreciate your understanding.

If you are at this centre for strictly a medication reorder, please advice the staff and we will make every effort to accommodate you faster.

If you are here for only an injection and/or immunization of any kind, please immediately notify the front-end receptionist on duty. There is no need to wait for injections of any kind.

The Ministry of Health does not pay for some medical services which you may require. In keeping with the recommendations of the Saskatchewan Medical Association, the following fee guidelines will be used by doctors working at this centre.
