Finch Weston Health Organization is located in mid-city Toronto at the SW intersection of Finch Avenue and Weston Road. The intersection of Finch Avenue and Weston Road is the heart of the historic Emery Village, one of the oldest neighborhoods in the greater Toronto Area.
The Emery Village neighborhood is historically the home of numerous immigrants from Portugal, Italy, South America, the Middle East, and Africa, and yet it is undergoing one of the most urban re-developments in the history of Ontario. The community is fast growing and evolving, with modern commercial and residential developments currently underway on all four corners of the building in which we are located. Of note is the new Metro Link Bus Stop project which is projected to occupy part of the same SW corner that this current building is on.
Finch Weston Health Organization currently provides patients of the community with a variety of primary medical care and services, ranging from completion of social assistance/other paperwork, walk-in care, immunizations for children and adults, cancer screening, chronic disease screening and management, among other services.
